What are our payment terms?

Our Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date. Any discounts applied to an invoice are only valid within the first 30 days.

Do we have credit accounts?

Yes, just drop us an email & we can send you a form & the relevant info to set up a credit account.


Our quoted rental prices are daily. We offer discounts depending on order size, length of job & customer loyalty.


For confirmed orders cancelled with less than 24hrs, a cancellation fee will be charged. This will be 100% in the case of labour & sub-hired in equipment & up to 50% of any other quoted costs.

Returning equipment

Equipment must be returned by midday the day following your final rental day. Monday in the case of weekend rentals. If you need to arrange a late or after hours return, this must be arranged prior to the rental start.
